SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All Kydex products are handmade to order. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships along with a tracking number.

During high volume periods processing time may extend to 14 business days. We will notify you if your order will be delayed beyond our standard processing window.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery time after shipment is 2 to 3 business days within the continental United States.

Free shipping on all orders over $100.

Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your order at usps.com. If you have not received a tracking number within 10 business days of your order please contact us at info@stagtacticalgroup.com.

Damages and Lost Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@stagtacticalgroup.com with a photo of the damage and we will make it right.

STAG Tactical Group LLC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by USPS after the package leaves our facility. However we will work with you and USPS to resolve any issues. Contact us and we will do everything we can to help.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. STAG Tactical Group LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you realize your address is incorrect contact us immediately at info@stagtacticalgroup.com and we will do our best to intercept the shipment before it leaves our facility.

Class and Training Events

Classes and training events are not shipped. All class information, location details, and instructions will be sent to your email address upon registration. Contact classes@stagtacticalgroup.com for class related questions.
