Refund policy
Custom Kydex Products
All custom Kydex products are made to order and are non-refundable unless there is a defect in workmanship. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@stagtacticalgroup.com and we will make it right. No questions asked.
General Returns
For non-custom items we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return contact us at info@stagtacticalgroup.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your return is approved we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect contact us immediately at info@stagtacticalgroup.com so we can resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: custom or personalized orders, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item following the process above. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at info@stagtacticalgroup.com.
Classes
Class fees are fully refundable up to 7 days before the scheduled class date. After 7 days, class fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future class date. To request a transfer contact us at classes@stagtacticalgroup.com.
