HOW A PROJECT BEGINS

From your idea to a personal quote.

We will discuss what is feasible and confirm the design, price, estimated timing, payment, and delivery details directly before accepting the project.

For now, inquiries only.

We are not taking online wallet orders through this site yet. Sending a request does not commit you to a purchase. If you have a deadline, tell us early; a requested date is not a confirmed delivery date.

BEFORE YOU REQUEST A QUOTE

Good questions. Clear answers.

Still unsure about a detail? We’re happy to talk through your piece.

When will my order ship?

Many made-to-order leather pieces target dispatch in about two weeks, including sourcing and production; some product listings quote longer. Check the individual listing and contact us about a deadline before ordering. Woodworking is estimated per project and may need finishing or curing time. Supplier availability, custom details, and the build queue can change timing. Shipping transit is additional. Ready-to-ship items have their own timing in the listing.

What if my chosen leather is unavailable?

Contact us about a specific material or color before ordering if availability is important to you. If a supply issue affects an order, we’ll contact you to discuss timing and the available options before substituting materials.

Can I choose leather and colors?

Use the choices offered for the individual product, or send a custom inquiry for another combination. Pueblo is part of our current work; other leathers can be discussed by request. Availability and pricing depend on the materials and design.

Will my piece look exactly like the photographs?

Leather has natural variation in grain, tone, and markings. Handwork also gives each piece its own character, and screens can display colors differently. Example photographs show the design and character; a ready-to-ship listing should identify the actual finished item.

Can you make something beyond wallets?

We welcome inquiries about bags and other leatherwork. Send the intended use, approximate size, preferred materials, and any deadline. We’ll review the project and confirm what we can make before quoting.

How do I care for my leather?

Keep leather away from prolonged soaking and direct heat. If damp, let it dry naturally. For cleaning or conditioning advice, contact us with the leather and finish used for your piece; different finishes need different care.

How do I ask about an existing order?

Contact the workshop with your order number and your question. Please avoid sending payment card details. Your order confirmation contains the purchase details; we can help with build and dispatch questions.

Are the app and gunsmithing available?

The app is in development; you can register beta interest through our contact form. This does not guarantee immediate access. Gunsmithing services are not currently available and will follow required licensing and business readiness.

Can I request woodworking?

Yes. Nick's woodworking is a current STAG line. Send the intended use, approximate dimensions and quantity, material or finish preferences, and requested date. We will review the project, quote, and dispatch estimate before accepting an order. Finishing and curing time depend on the project.
